It seems as though that our govt. can't keep us safe from other countries any better than they can keep us safe from criminals from our own country. The big difference is that it IS the job of the Federal Govt. to secure our borders to keep us safe from other countries. The link below shows that a new type of problem has come about due to our govts. inability to secure our borders. It appears that the dirt bag drug dealers from Mexico are carrying out cross border skirmishes and are killing people here in the U.S. The next thing you know our govt. will respond with further attempts to disarm our citizens. Then not only will our govt. be unable to defend us, we will be unable to defend ourselves. Instead of giving Mexico billions of dollars in cash, training, and equipment, maybe we should be fortifying our borders and enforcing our immigration laws. Let's see how this turns out.
